Jobs

The Jobs Table is a data structure designed to track and monitor the execution of jobs on agents. It captures information such as agent name, script name, task name, elapsed time, created time, start time, end time, status, screenshot, and actions. This table provides valuable insights into the status and progress of jobs running within your system.

Introduction​

The Jobs Table serves as a central repository for tracking and monitoring the execution of jobs on agents. By capturing essential information about each job, such as agent details, script name, task name, elapsed time, and status, this table enables effective job management and performance monitoring.

Filtering Jobs​

To filter jobs, follow these steps:

  1. Specify the criteria for job retrieval, such as agent name, script name, task name or status.

  2. Click on Refresh to filtering jobs that is matched with criterias.

  3. Check the retrieved jobs as needed within your system such as checking status, taking a look to screenshot of an error occured or checking logs of task.
