Agents
The phrase "Agents" typically refers to initiating or activating agents within a system to serve a specific purpose. This allows agents to perform their tasks by utilizing the necessary resources. Agents are usually triggered by specific events or triggers within the system and enabled to carry out specific operations.
Add New Agent
- Please provide an "Agent Name" for the new agent. This will be a descriptive name for the agent.
- Obtain a "Host Key" to connect the agent to a specific host computer. This key allows the agent to be associated with a particular host.
- Specify a "Username" and "Password" for the agent's authentication credentials.
- Each agent should have a unique "Agent ID" or agent identifier. Create an "Agent ID" for your new agent.
Download Agents

These options allow you to download the corresponding files based on your operating system. Simply click on the appropriate link to initiate the download process for the specific platform you are using.
Find Agent
- Agent Name: Enter the name or part of the name of the agent you are looking for. This will help narrow down the search results based on the specified name.
- Agent Key: If you have an agent key or identifier, you can enter it to search for the specific agent associated with that key. This will help you locate the agent quickly and accurately.
- Username: If you know the username associated with the agent, you can input it as a search parameter. This will filter the results based on the specified username.
- Select Status: Specify the status of the agents you want to search for. You can choose from options such as "Active," "Inactive," or "All" to filter the agents based on their current status.
Agents Status
Name: The name or identifier of the agent. Agent Key: A unique identifier or key associated with the agent. Username: The login username or credentials for the agent. Status: The current operational state or condition of the agent. Last Activity: The most recent action or task performed by the agent. Last Contact: The time or duration since the agent's last interaction or communication. Last Operator: The person or entity who last interacted with or operated the agent.
These terms collectively provide an overview of the agent's status, identity, recent activity, and associated user information.
