Alerts

The Alerts Mechanism is designed to manage alerts within your system. It utilizes a table with columns such as alert name, selected scripts, to, created time, created by, and actions. This mechanism allows you to define and configure alerts for specific tasks or agents, and choose various sending options such as email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Hype, or webhook.

Introduction

The Alerts Mechanism allows you to configure alerts for specific tasks or agents within your system. By defining alert names, selecting scripts, and specifying the recipients, you can ensure that the relevant parties are notified when specific events or conditions occur. This mechanism provides various sending options for delivering alerts, such as email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Hype, or webhook.

Creating Alerts

To create an alert, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the New Alert button.

  2. Define the relevant attributes of the alert that are Alert Name, Alert For, Alert To.

  3. Click on the Save Alert button to save your alert.

Updating Alerts

To update an alert, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Edit Alert button under the Actions column for the spesific alert that you want to edit.

  2. Modify the relevant attributes of the alert that are Alert Name, Alert For, Alert To.

  3. Click on the Save Alert button to save your changes on alert.

Deleting Alerts

To delete an alert, follow these steps:

  1. Identify the alert that needs to be removed from the Alerts table.

  2. Click on the Delete Alert button to delete your alert.

  3. Click on Yes to delete your alert permanently.
