Actions
The Actions column in the workflow table provides convenient options for managing your workflows. It allows you to perform various actions on individual workflows, such as adjusting settings, editing, deleting, and enabling or disabling them.
Workflow Settings
The Workflow Settings action allows you to access and modify the settings specific to each workflow. By clicking on the Workflow Settings button, you can configure parameters that Name, Timezone and Error Workflow.
Edit Workflow
The Edit Workflow action allows you to make changes to the workflow's design and configuration. Clicking on the Edit Workflow button opens the workflow editor, where you can add or remove nodes, modify connections, update data transformations, and refine the logic of the workflow. This functionality empowers you to continuously improve and evolve your automation processes.
Delete Workflow
The Delete Workflow action allows you to permanently remove a workflow from your system. By clicking on the Delete Workflow button, you can initiate the deletion process and confirm the removal of the selected workflow. Take caution when using this action, as it cannot be undone, and all associated data and configurations will be permanently deleted.
Enable/Disable Buttons
The Enable and Disable buttons provide a straightforward way to control the active status of a workflow. Clicking on the Enable button activates the workflow, allowing it to be triggered and executed based on the defined conditions and schedule. Conversely, clicking on the Disable button temporarily deactivates the workflow, preventing it from being triggered or executed until re-enabled. This feature gives you the flexibility to manage the execution state of workflows as needed.
