Edit Workflow

In Robbot Automation, you have the flexibility to edit and manage your workflows. In Robbot Automation, you have the flexibility to edit and manage your workflows. This documentation provides an overview of the available options for editing workflows and the corresponding buttons.

Edit Button​

The Edit button allows you to make changes to the design and configuration of a workflow. By clicking on the Edit button, you can access the workflow editor. In this part there are two sides, properties & settings.

  • In properties you can change credentials & operations of a node. In operations, you choose one of them that you need for your workflow and set the parameters that required.
  • In settings you can make enable/disable to Always Output Data, Continue on Fail, Execute Once & Retry on Fail

Pause Button​

The Pause button allows you to temporarily suspend the execution of a workflow. By clicking on the Pause button, the workflow will stop executing until it is manually resumed. This can be useful when you need to temporarily halt the workflow's operation without permanently modifying or deleting it.

Run Button​

The Run button allows you to manually trigger the execution of a workflow. By clicking on the Run button, you initiate the execution of the workflow immediately, regardless of any scheduled triggers. This can be useful for testing and debugging purposes or when you want to run the workflow on-demand.

Delete Button​

The Delete button enables you to remove a workflow from your system. By clicking on the Delete button, you can initiate the deletion process and permanently remove the workflow. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all associated data and configurations will be permanently deleted.

It's important to use these buttons with caution and consider their impact on your workflows. Always double-check before deleting a workflow, and ensure that you have appropriate backups or safeguards in place.

By leveraging the Edit, Pause, Run, and Delete buttons, you have the power to manage and fine-tune your workflows in Robbot Automation to align with your evolving automation needs.
